Beef Stroganoff (4p)

600 g boneless beef

2 onion or red onion

2 table spoons butter

2 table spoons tomato puree

2 tea spoons Dijon mustard

1 dl chopped picked cucumber

1 dl water

2 dl sour cream

3 tea spoons dry Sherry

Cut the beef in small pieces. Fry in the butter a little at the time and place on a plate. The meat doesn't need to be cooked through. Peel and slice the onion and fry in the same pan for about 10 minutes. Add the meat and the cucumber. Add the rest of the ingrediencies and stir. Cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes.
