Barbeque marinades
As barbeque times are coming these three marinades helps you to do it with a bit of variety.
Pepper marinade
1 table spoon fresh thyme, only the leaves
1 table spoon paprika
1 tea spoon cumin
1 tea spoon fennel seeds
1 table spoons vinegar (apple or red)
1 dl olive oil
salt and pepper
Mix the spices. Add oil and vinegar. Marinade meat or chicken at least 1 hour.
Pineapple and peanut marinade
1 can pineapple (pieces)
0,5 dl Japanese soya
2 table spoons sweet chili sauce
75 g salted peanuts
1 table spoon lime juice
2 tea spoons fish sauce
Mix everything together. Marinade meat or chicken for at least 1 hour. The marinade can also be used as sauce to the barbeque.
Menthe and oregano marinade
1 dl fresh menthe
1 dl fresh oregano
2 garlic cloves
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 dl olive oil
Mix everything together. Marinade meat or lamb for at least 1 hour.
