Aperol sangria (8p)

This is the most summery drink which makes you sense that Italian vibes.

1 cup (2,4 dl) orange liqueur

1 cup soda water

0,5 cup Aperol

1/3 cup unpacked rosemary leaves

1 bottle white wine or sparkling white wine

1,5 cup orange juice

2 oranges, sliced

Add the Aperol and the rosemary to a pitcher and mash gently with a wooden spoon for about 1 minute. Add the juice, liqueur and the soda water and stir. If you use white wine add the wine. If you use sparkling wine do not add at this moment. Add the orange and cover with plastic foil and leave in the fridge for 4 hours or over night. Add the sparkling wine and serve with plenty of ice.
