Cod on celeriac

400 g cod
500 g celeriac
olive oil
salt and pepper
1 cucumber
150 g sugar peas
lemon
75 g butter
Heat up the oven to 200 degrees C. Peel the celeriac and slice it in about 1,5 cm thick slices. Put on a tray and drizzle olive oil over. Add salt and pepper and cook in the oven for 45 minutes. Place the cod on a plate and add salt and pepper. Slice the cucumber lengthwise and mix with peas in a bowl. Drizzle over olive oil, lemon juice and add salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let boil on low heat until browned. When 10 minutes is left on the celeriac fry the cod in a pan in some butter. Take the celeriac out and place a slice on each plate. Place the cod over and pour over browned butter. Serve with the salad.
