Chicken with ajvar relish (4p)

1 kg chicken thigh filets
2 tbsp oil
salt
pepper
2 dl crème fraiche
1,5 dl ajvar relish
1 dl grated cheese
1 clove garlic
1 dl panko
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Heat up the oven to 225 degrees C. Fry the chicken in some oil and season with salt and pepper. Put the chicken in a tin. Mix ajvar relish, crème fraiche, cheese, grated garlic, salt and pepper and spread on top of the chicken. Mix panko, oil and parsley and sprinkle over the chicken. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes. Serve with rice or haricot verts.
