Chicken and noodles with cabbage salad

My kids like all food when it is served in a bowl instead of a plate. Some how it gets more festive. So buy some nice bowls, new or from a flee market, and serve a simple dinner in these bowls sometimes.

1 l water

2 chicken stock dices

500 g chicken filet

200 g noodles

2 tbsp Japanese soy

500 g fresh cabbage

1 pot coriander

1 lime, zest and juice

2 spring onions

Boil the water and stock in a saucepan. Boil the chicken for 45 minutes. Put the chicken on a plate and pull the meat apart. Pour over 1 dl stock. Boil the noodles. Slice the cabbage thinly and mix with coriander (save a little for decoration), soy, lime juice and grated lime zest. Slice the spring onions. Serve everything i bowls.
