Cauliflower mac'n cheese

400 g macaroni's

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

50 g butter

5 dl milk

50 g flour

150 g grated cheese

0,5 tbsp thyme

1 tsk Dijon

400 g cauliflower

Heat up the oven to 225 degrees Celsius. Boil the pasta. Cut the cauliflower in smaller pieces. When 2 minutes remain of the pasta boiling time add the cauliflower. Peel and chop the onion and the garlic. Fry in a saucepan in the butter for a few minutes. Sift over the flour and stir, Stir in the milk a little at the time until thickening. Season with thyme, Dijon, salt and pepper. Pour in the pasta and cauliflower in the sauce and stir. Pour everything in an oven tray and add the cheese on top. Cook in the oven until golden.
