Breaded tofu

500 g tofu
salt
1 egg
1,5 dl flour
3 dl panko
0,5 dl sesame seeds, black and white
oil
3 tbsp Japanese soy
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tea spoon sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
Mix soy, fish sauce, sesame oil, sugar and lime to a dressing. Cut the tofu in cubes. Dry off with some paper. Salt the tofu. Pour the flour over and gently turn so flour covers the tofu. Whisk the egg on a plate. Mix panko and sesame seeds on another plate. Dip the tofu first in egg and then in panko. Fry in oil in a pan on medium heat. Let drip off on some paper. Serve with the dressing.
