Black beans burgers

2 cans black beans

1 clove garlic

4 spring onions

1 bunch fresh coriander

1 egg

olive oil

1 tea spoon paprika

0,5 tea spoon dried coriander

1,5 dl rolled oats

salt

salad

tomato

cheddar

4 burger buns

bbq sauce

Drain and rinse the beans. Mix 2/3 of the beans, egg, garlic, 2 tbsp oil and spices to a coarse  mixture. Fold in the rest of the beans, chopped coriander, chopped spring onion, oats and salt. Let rest for 30 minutes. Shape burgers and fry in oil until golden. Serve burgers with salad, cheese, tomato and bbq sauce in the buns.
