Artichoke patties

2 cans of artichoke hearts
2 dl panko
1 tea spoon Dijon
1 tbsp lemon juice
0,5 dl corn starch
2 tbsp chopped menthe
salt and pepper
Pour the liquids off the artichoke. Finely chop them by hand or in a food processor. Mix with the rest of the ingrediencies. Make patties and fry in some oil until golden. Serve with a salad and a nice bread.
