Apple pie with pecans

3 dl flour
2 dl sugar
1 tea spoon vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt
150 g + 60 g butter
2 tbsp water
1 dl double cream
4 apples
2 tea spoon cinnamon
1 tea spoon cardamom
60 g pecans
Heat up the oven to 200 degrees. Mix flour, 1 dl sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl. Add 150 g butter and make a crumble. Boil the rest of the sugar and water in a pan to make a caramel. Stir in the rest of the butter until it melts. Add cream and bring to a boil. Peel the apples and remove the pit and slice them. Mix the apple slices with cinnamon, cardamom and half of the caramel. Grease a pie tin. Place the apples in the tin and cover with crumble. Sprinkle over the pecans. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Drizzle the rest of the caramel on top.
