Week menu

Every week a new menu including six recipes is published. Why only six? One day a week is suitable to eat leftovers to reduce the waste and save some time and money. If you make enough food for dinner use the leftovers as lunch the next day. The week menus are inspired by my travels around the world.

The week menus are not updated. Use old menus together with new post for inspiration.

March 21st to 27th - The light

Monday: Lentil patties

Tuesday: Beef Stroganoff

Wednesday: Salmon korma

Thursday: Tabbouleh with cauliflower

Friday: Sea food and fish soup

Saturday: Fajita chicken

February 21st to 27th - Sport break

This week is sport break in Sweden and the week menu takes a break. Enjoy eating out.

7th to 13th February - Spring cleaning

Monday: Sweet potato gratin

Tuesday: Meat loaf

Wednesday: Indian lentil pancakes

Thursday: Sushi salad

Friday: Taco waffles

Saturday: Zucchini lasagna

January 24 to 30 - Fresh start

Monday: Ramen

Tuesday: Pork tenderloin with papaya salad

Wednesday: Quinoa salad

Thursday: Poke bowl

Friday: Egg plant pizza

Saturday: Vodka pasta

This week menu is the last for this year. The week menus will be paused and return in the beginning of next year with new food inspiration.
