Mushrooms, fresh or dried (souk in water over night), of your liking. I used chanterelles.
A vegetarian pizza that almost tastes like Swedish kebab pizza. I often use premade pizza dough from the store. It's so quick and easy to just roll out on a tray. But you can make your own dough as well. My kids aren't that fond of cooked veggies so I made a ham and cheese pizza for them.
Peel and grate the carrots. Mix with egg, flour, salt and pepper. Form small patties and fry on medium heat in a pan. Fry until golden. Mix the chick peas, garlic, olive oil and cumin with a stick mixer. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the carrot patties and hummus with for example couscous and tomatoes.

Whisk the cream, cacao, icing sugar and egg yolk until fluffy. Stir the rum in (not for kids, put some of the mix aside before). Poor in serving glasses. Cool in the fridge.
I will try to make sour dough focaccia this weekend. Sour dough is great and gives a lot of flavor to the bread. But you have to plan the baking since the sour dough needs a few days. I think it's worth it.
