Split the cauliflower in smaller pieces and boil in salted water for a few minutes. Place in a greased oven tray together with the salmon. Whisk the cream and eggs together and add the grated mozzarella. Pour over the salmon and cauliflower. Add salt and pepper. Cook in 175 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
I tried this trendy salad this weekend. Although the popcorn didn't add much it is a fresh salad I will make during the summer. I had the salad with beef slowly cooked in the oven but I guess it works with any barbequed meat or chicken.
I get a lot of inspiration from TV chefs. One chef I like is Nadiya Hussein. She makes quick but tasty recipes perfect for family life. This recipe is great, it almost cooks it self.
A recipe perfect in the beginning of the summer. If you can't find the typical Swedish herring, matjesill, use sardines.
